Los clientes son la máxima prioridad para el fotógrafo, por lo que el cliente debe entender que el fotógrafo al emitir muchos presupuestos, debe priorizar la atención sobre el cliente que lo acepta, teniendo éste prioridad ante el que no lo haga para hacer posible al fotógrafo comenzar el trabajo previo a la sesión de fotos, planificando e ideando; estudiando con detalle las personas, eventos y sitios para fotografiar; analizando los deseos del/los cliente/s; tomando decisiones artísticas y técnicas; redactando cualquier lista de fotos para tomar (a añadir siempre una gran cantidad de improvisación según las personas presentes, los eventos, los sitios, la luz etc.).  De esta forma, el fotógrafo concentra sus atenciones en clientes por encima de posibles clientes  y/o potenciales para asegurar una mejor atención y realizar un trabajo de acuerdo con las espectativas del mismo. Posibles clientes  y/o potenciales que decidan ser clientes recibirán de igual manera la mejor atención del fotógrafo.
               

El fotógrafo es único

Todos los presupuestos emitidos por el fotógrafo tienen un periodo de validez especificado en el mismo. Las condiciones más favorables están ofrecidas a posibles clientes y/o potenciales, ó clientes que aceptan presupuestos dentro del periodo de validez especificado. La intención es tratar favorablemente a las empresas o personas que saben instintivamente que el fotógrafo es el mejor fotógrafo para su proyecto o sesión de fotos. El fotógrafo considera que su filosofía artística, su punto de vista, sus métodos técnicos y artísticos y sus fotos son únicos. El fotógrafo desea colaborar con los clientes que se esfuerzan por tenerle como su fotógrafo. El fotógrafo acepta solo una cierta cantidad de sesiones de fotos para clientes al año, siempre y cuando él tenga disponibilidad para asegurar a sus clientes sus mejores atenciones y mejores fotos. El fotógrafo, es el fotógrafo y en persona para todas sus sesiones de fotos (menos en casos de actos de dios o de terrorismo que lo impidan especificados en este presupuesto). Cualquier presupuesto está emitido tomando en cuenta estas consideraciones. Si cualquier presupuesto no está aceptado dentro de cualquier periodo de validez especificado el fotógrafo no garantiza su disponibilidad ni se compromete a mantener cualquier precio indicado.

Clients are the highest priority

The photographer issues a very large number of estimates. The clients will understand that only once an estimate is accepted can serious work begins on a project drawing up ideas; brainstorming; detailed study of people, places and events to be shot; detailed analysis of client wishes, artistic and/or marketing balance and emphasis consideration; drafting initial shot lists (to which of course there is always a considerable amount of improvisation in relation to people, places, situations, light, weather etc);  lighting and technical camera pre-planning; any serious planning meeting(s) and planning telcon(s) with clients. The photographer concentrating full attentions only on estimates accepted ensures the photographers’ full and best attentions for actual clients over and above all potential clients seeking estimates who become actual clients if they so decide upon which they of course receive fullest and best attentions.

The photographer is unique

All estimates issued by the photographer are valid for a certain time period specified in that estimate. Favourable terms and conditions are offered to potential clients or existing clients accepting estimates within any specified time period(s).  The philosophy behind this is to treat those corporations and individuals who instinctively know that the photographer is the right photographer for their project(s) and who devote fullest and swiftest attentions to ensuring that the photographer be signed up to cater for all their photographic needs be given fullest and swiftest attentions.  The photographer considers that his point of view, philosophy, technical and artistic methodology and photos are unique and wishes to collaborate with clients who stop at nothing to make sure he is their photographer. The photographer takes on a certain number of photography sessions for clients per year at times and in periods when he has availability in order to give the clients his fullest and best attentions. The photographer carries out all photography sessions personally (subject of course to any of the eventualities specified in any estimate(s) issued which include acts of god, terrorism etc impeding his work).  Any estimate is issued taking such considerations into account. Therefore regrettably if an estimate is not accepted within any specified time period provided for then the photographer specifically draws it to the attention of the clients that no guarantee of his availability can be given and that in the event that the clients wish subsequently to request again estimate(s) for the photographer’s services that the price and conditions in any subsequent and secondary estimate(s) issued may vary. It is specifically to be noted that the photographer may not have the same time and date availability and may increase any price(s) for any estimate(s) that are not accepted within any specified periods(s).
